Our contracts are not broken down into levels of service, with Scaleways you get a one high level calibration and maintenance service. Our contract service is adapted to suit your requirements be it an annual visit or quarterly visit with or without break down cover.

With a Scaleways contract you do not need to remember when calibration is due, we do all that, we will contact you when the visits are due and make an appointment convenient for you.
